Spring feels like summer...

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, would you be my neighbor? HeeHee.

You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands. Hebrews 1:10.

Riding our bicycles yesterday was like a day in summer even though it is still April.  Mornings feel like spring, afternoons like summer. My garden is still doing good so I wanted to share some pictures before the humidity sets in and the flowers start fading away...

Top is petunias, alyssum and a pink geranium.

Lance Whorton caladium, pink impatiens, variety, and clematis.

As we are His chosen, clothe yourself with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Colossians 3:12.

"May you get the God that you deserve"

This phrase can take your mind to a million places! It was a bumper sticker I saw today, as they sped away.

We as humans feel we deserve the best and the most. Sometimes when the coin is flipped, we allow ourselves to start that "J" factor on anyone and everyone around us.  Judgement....I have my hand raised here but my eyes are wide open!

James says: "Speak and act as those who are going to be judged by the law that gives freedom - because judgement without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful." 2:12.
What we give out will return to us.

We hold royalty written in our hearts and souls.
"Love your neighbor as yourself, you will be doing right."
James 2:8
Wisdom often knows what to do, what is right - or - what is awry. B. Moore.

My  heart is open, my eyes open wide and will allow God to create new beginnings today so that I can have the God that I deserve! How about you?

Just a few of my favorite things...

Too often I start feeling that "life isn't fair" - don't you? But that ah-ha moment comes and I realize that my focus shifted from HIM to ME.
Life's healthy balance between life 'n me, life 'n you, and most important - life 'n God can be realized when you have a grateful heart.

Things to ponder: Am I secure in the faithfulness of God for my future?
Have I learned to be content with the many things God has already given me?

Please enjoy with me as I reminisce.

 God's love is measureless....

Walking away from an opportunity to love is walking away from a gift from God.
